Tuition and Payments

• Accepted Forms of Payment-- Cash, Check, Venmo, Debit/Credit Cards.

• I allow my parents to determine their payment schedule provided that it is consistent from month to month.

• In order to provide my family with a reliable income, I cannot offer a discount for days when your child is unable to attend due to his/her illness or vacation. Uncontracted days may not to be used to make up for missed days.

• Please do not place me in a position to have to ask for payment of tuition or additional fees. If you are late with a payment or pick-up, please include the amount due in your next payment.

• Parent/guardian agrees to pay a $30.00 service fee for non-sufficient funds check.

Fees

• Preschool: All 3, 4, and 5 year olds participate in preschool. There is a yearly $30 fee to cover supplies. Due in August.

• Summer: All children participate in our Summer Fun activities. There is a yearly $20 fee to cover supplies. Due in May.

• Hours of operation are 7:30am to 5:30pm. There will be a $10 fee charged for late pick with a $1 per minute for every minute you are late. PLEASE pick up your child on time every day.

• Once a balance becomes past due beyond 7 calendar days, 1% interest per day will be added to the total balance due. Once a balance becomes past due beyond 14 calendar days, the child(ren) will no longer be able to come to daycare, effective on day 15, until the balance is paid in full, including interest incurred. Additionally, if a balance becomes past due more than 14 days, the position with be considered abandoned, terminated, and available for other families.
